Yes — and technically we're giving you the short version! Our two days cover the essentials: Haldi, Mehndi & Sangeet on Thursday, Ceremony & Dinner on Saturday. Each has its own mood, from intimate and ritualistic to full-on dance floor.

Ours is a traditional Telugu ceremony around a sacred fire. The heart of it is Jilakarra Bellam at the muhurtham, when we place cumin and jaggery on each other's heads, followed by the tying of the mangalasutram, a playful rice shower (Talambralu) and the seven steps of Saptapadi. Every ritual is explained in our ceremony guide.

Please participate! Join the Sangeet dances, put your hand in the Mehndi line, cheer for a side during the rice shower and the ring game, and if someone hands you a pinch of turmeric rice (akshintalu), sprinkle it over us as a blessing. If a ritual is family-only, we'll let you know.

No. Telugu ceremonies run for several hours, and guests often step out for food or a chat and come back. Just try to be in your seat for the muhurtham at 9:26 PM (Jilakarra Bellam) and the tying of the mangalasutram right after: those are the moments that count.

Most passports (US, EU, UK, LATAM) qualify for an e-Visa online at indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa. Processing usually takes 3–4 working days, so apply at least a month ahead — by mid-October at the latest. A sample form walks you through every field.

Yes, please! Just don't step onto the mandapam (the decorated stage) and try not to block the family or our photographers during the key moments. If the priest asks for a pause, put the phone down for a minute.
